5. Payment & Refund

  • All payments are billed annually based on your chosen plan.

  • No refunds will be issued once payment is made, except in cases of technical failure caused by us.

6. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if any misuse or violation of terms is detected.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • TimeTrack HR is not liable for any data loss or damage arising from improper use or third-party breaches.
